You can implement computer solutions and process changes whenever you want. However, the cost and success will depend on the planning for all components involved. Nancy A. Ridenhour, CDP, CCP is a Business Technology Analyst. She works with companies (especially small and mid-sized businesses) to analyze their current business technology, plan technology hardware and software changes, and oversee the implementations. Her plans allow companies to: estimate costs and profits more accurately, time expenditures, prepare for customer impacts, and handle sudden changes easier. Her plans also allow companies to use existing technology now to get ready for changes later when they can better handle the changes. Ridenhour creates the plan by researching current processes, gaining an understanding of future business trends and impacts, and searching for the best solution. She is known for asking lots of questions - both to people and for her to use for research. You may obtain the first 5 questions via the Business Technology Change Questions button on your left.
Ridenhour does not have agreements with vendors to receive compensation for recommending their products.
Nancy has her computer certifications from the Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals. In 1984 she passed the last of 5 parts to receive the then-named Certification in Data Processing (CDP). She earned their Certified Computing Professional (CCP) in June 2007. She has worked in the computer industry since 1976 and established her company on January 1, 1993.
Nancy is a member of the Independent Computer Consultants Association, NCTA and SIRDUG.
Nancy is certified by WBENC as a Women Business Enterprise.
