Learned customer information process needs in financial and electric utility industries to create addition information screens and design Y2K changes.
Learned the different processes for an electric utility’s routine work orders to design the sending of work orders from several systems to the work order system. Also designed sending the updates back to the sending systems.
Learned the tracking process needed in sending some electric utility work orders to a third party so that an invoice system could be developed.
Learned the electric utility outage processes to convert the outage system to use a new customer information system.

Learned rules governing interest rate charges on credit cards to make a change to interest rate calculations. Learned Consumer Loan processing to handle support, mergers, and adding of the variable rate loans functions. This included learning about interest types (add-on, simple); insurance handling for Life, A&H. and Vendor Single Interest; DDA Drafts, statements, government reporting, direct and indirect loans, and state and federal laws.
Learned about vehicle leasing when I created the system from an equipment leasing system.
Learned all phases involved in processing a loan application to design an automated loan application system.
Learned rules, regulations, and processes for collections when I created the interface to Collections for the Consumer Loan System.
