• “Born To Stand Out: Tips to Becoming an Excellent Consultant” is available on Amazon. Each chapter was written by a member of the Independent Computer Consultants Association (ICCA). The other authors are Gerald A. Weinberg, Steve Epner, Steve Backman, Jason Harrison, Randy Hayman, Diane Herrera, Bonnie D. Huval, Robert McAdams, Jonathan Seidel, Thomas Warfield, and David A. Zimmer. I am honored to be included in this book with these fine people. They are highly respected in the computer industry and valuable members of the ICCA.

  A big thank you to Bonnie D. Huval. She did a webinar in September on getting a book published. What was so remarkable about this act is that the webinar was at 8 PM EST and she was in the UK. She followed up that action by soliciting volunteers in the ICCA to write a chapter for this book. She oversaw putting it together. In other words, this book would not have been written without her. You have her to thank for it and for any helpful ideas that you receive from it.
