Need Answers Now for Changes within a Year - Part I

1.  What is the need that you are really wanting the computer to handle?





2.  What is the current process for handling this need?  What personnel, forms, etc are involved?  How much is it costing to use the current method?  How is it impacting the customer?







3.  What personnel are currently available to work on this need?  How much of their time is available?  Are they still expected to get other jobs done while working on this?








4.  For this entity, are there certain times of the month or year that are critical entity times?  For example, end of month is very busy for financial companies and therefore not a good time to implement changes.  In the USA< changes do not go in December due to year end. 







5.  How will the customer be impacted while the change is being installed?  What is the worst possible impact that the customer can have if the changes do not work immediately and for a short time things are worse?
